Patient Transfer Services

At PTS, your transportation needs are always the number one priority. We will guarantee on-time pickup and arrival on any transfer booked 24hrs in advance, and will gladly accept last minute calls, based on vehicle availability. PTS will transport you anywhere in Ontario or the Metro Detroit area with our stretcher and wheel chair accessible 10 vehicle fleet. We are legally licensed and insured to perform transfers to and from the U.S.

Many of our customers must travel long distances to other hospitals for clinics / treatment or to a doctor's office for a checkup or minor procedure. These people are usually unable to sit comfortably in a car or van, but they find a reclining position on our stretcher very comfortable. In existing partnerships with hospitals and insurance companies, PTS has demonstrated a high quality of service and responsiveness to meet the needs of both hospitals and their patients/clients.

Sporting & Event Coverage

Contact PTS if you plan to host an event where medical assistance may be required. PTS has participated in events such as concerts, charity walk, fairs, bike-a-thons, racing and many other functions. Whenever large numbers of persons gather, or where the activity has any possibility for injury or sudden illness, on-site emergency medical services is a must. Most insurance policies demand this type of on-site coverage, and we are staffed and equipped to render professional on-site emergency medical services.
